We have 80 highly skilled technicians providing dent removal services to the motor trade and general public. Our client base includes motor manufacturers, auction houses, vehicle logistics companies, rental fleets, insurance companies, bodyshops and 95% of the top 100 dealer groups.

Our flexible approach in delivering PDR to dealer groups has created an infrastructure that allows bespoke solutions to be intergrated with ease. Regular management reports combined with easy administration, including consolidating invoicing, have proven popular to our Group clients.

Customer satisfaction surveys are carried out on an ongoing basis to ensure we constantly deliver the best level of workmanship to our customers.

The key to our success is the initial intensive training programme. Time taken is dependent on achieving a minimum level of expertise but typically 3 months residential training at our custom built facility will enable a technician to carry out repairs beyond our customers expectations. With some of our competitors offering just a few days training and a video (in our view pitifully inadequate and an invitation to failure!) it is without doubt the best available in the industry.

Our training covers the following key areas:
• Introduction to panel restoration
• The use and introduction of the Dent Devils System
• Practice of techniques and skills in a controlled environment
• How to gain access to panels i.e. trim removal and access points
• Restricted access repairs
• Severe damage repairs
• Live work situations

Without total dedication, commitment and self-discipline our potential technicians would not attain the extraordinarily high skill levels we insist on. In addition to learning and practicing the skills and techniques for up to 10 hours a day, they are also required to practice various assignments at weekends!
