The Dream Doors induction programme consists of 2 weeks at our Head Office facilities in Gosport and a further 10 days in-territory training within the first 3 months of trading. This covers all elements of running your business and balances both the practical and theoretical.  Sales and Management are the key skills though, as we help recruit fitting team to handle the installations.

You will also attend quarterly NCT Business Coaching courses that cover sales, financials, managing staff and many other elements pertinent to the kitchen industry.
Training and support is ongoing and unlimited within the life of your business.  The success of our franchisees is vital as there are no fixed royalty payments.  Dream Doors only charge a Management Service fee on a percentage of sales, so we only make a profit when you do.
