Our main market is the insurance industry, where we act on behalf of most of the major national insurance companies on their policyholders household insurance claims. 


In addition, the company provides a commercial and domestic cleaning service for industry and homeowners alike.

Rainbow International provides claims investigation, management and restoration services for fire, flood and accidental damage situations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. These services are delivered throughout the UK, via our franchised network and centrally controlled from our Midlands based head office. Our teams respond quickly and are expert in restoring domestic and commercial property and possessions back to pre-incident condition. They have thorough insurance product knowledge and expertise linked to strong communication and interpersonal skills. Emphasis is placed on helping customers get their lives and property back to normal as quickly as possible. Attending site swiftly and isolating the situation minimises secondary and consequential loss and optimises the opportunities for restoration.


Established in 1987, the company has grown from humble beginnings to become the UK’s leading Fire & Flood Restoration Company, and now has 121 franchise operations strategically located throughout the UK, and has national contracts with many of the country’s top insurance companies.


In addition to our national insurance based customers, the company also supplies a national and local commercial and domestic cleaning service, to a wide range of markets, including;- Education, Health, Local Authorities, Public Utilities, Retail & Leisure, Construction, Commercial Institutions and Property Management agencies.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

Rainbow International has an enviable training programme which provides franchisees every opportunity to become highly successful business builders.


A 3 week induction course at our bespoke Training Centre in Mansfield is a pre-requisite for any franchisee joining the business.  The course covers absolutely every aspect of the business, including technical, finance, sales & Marketing, and business administration.


Ongoing there is a structured training programme in place to enable the business owner to increase their knowledge with technical skills, knowledge of our markets, the opportunities and our business systems and efficiencies.


Part of the training also includes being "mentored" by an established franchisee and working alongside them for several days.
