New SMART ABC franchisee Terry Langham became an industry record breaker when he secured bookings for over £12,500 worth of repairs at his launch event in Chelmsford in June.

He attributes his success to the help of SMART ABC’s team and his family.

He said: “I decided to launch my own franchise so that I could spend more time at home, and I couldn’t have made the move without the backing of my family.”

The former tanker driver decided to leave life on the road to become his own boss and build a business doing something that he enjoyed.

Three weeks of intensive training ensures that franchisees are able to launch their business with the skills and confidence to provide a flawless SMART repair. And as Mr Langham has already shown, previous experience in the industry is not necessary.

He added: “The training was great, and a SMART ABC launch manager was with me for the launch event. Now that my business is up and running, the company is always available and happy to provide extra advice or guidance.”
