ACCORDING to Granthan Speake, happiness is a clean oven, and as an Ovenclean franchisee, having cleaned thousands himself over the last five years, he should know.
With around four thousand customers, he insists that one of the biggest rewards of working for himself is the satisfaction of a job well done.

A former studio technician for the BBC, redundancy provided him with an opportunity to re-evaluate his working life and he decided to make a complete change.
