Franchisees with the automotive paintwork repairer have been reporting increased business as motorists decide to keep their cars on the road for longer and rely on the minor damage repair specialists to preserve the life and bolster the value of their vehicles.
Franchisee Andrew Cooper, currently in the third year of running his franchise, has geared his business up to cope with demand by taking on a member of staff and preparing to open a ChipsAway CarCare Centre.
He said: “I was fully booked with repairs and couldn’t find time to respond promptly to further enquiries. People don’t want to wait several days to have work done, so I was potentially losing business.”
Mr Cooper says he is delighted with his business and insists the decision to join ChipsAway was the right one.
He added: “Things are going very well with my business. I’ve achieved everything that the company said I could achieve, and more. There is a huge market and no shortage of work; the biggest challenge is finding enough hours in the day.”
