WHEN A CHEERFUL SMILE IS FIRST ORDER OF THE DAY

DAIRY Crest franchisees are enjoying a boost to their revenue following the launch of the company’s new online milk&more ordering service.


Available across Dairy Crest’s 126 depots nationwide, the service has attracted 200,000 registered customers to date, who can order their milk and many other daily essentials up until 9pm the night before their next delivery.



In addition to having an income during the training period, Dairy Crest franchisees benefit from the support of a major company that is making significant investment in its home delivery business.



Prospective franchisees also have a chance to ‘try before they buy’, as part of the selection process involves them spending a day with an existing franchisee.



Keith Dunford a franchisee based in Yeovil, Somerset, said: “Running a successful franchise milk round is not rocket science. It simply requires you to always be consistent with your delivery time; always collect your money, and most importantly, always have a cheerful smile.”
