DISCOUNT retailer Cash Generator will be attending The British & International Franchise Exhibition.

And with one in three of its franchisees opening more than one store, the company’s business model, which offers multiple income streams, is a real attraction for potential franchisees.

Launched in 1994 the company has seen consistent year on year growth, starting this year as it means to go on, with the opening of two stores in two months.

Franchisee Neil Shelbourne used to work for Cash Generator at its head office. Making the transition from desk to shop floor, he opened a store in Northwich in Cheshire last December. 

He said: “I’ve watched Cash Generator expand from 30 stores to over 130 stores. Discount retail continues to flourish and with the company’s commitment to buying and selling nearly new products, it was an opportunity I wanted to invest in.”
