AFTER 33 years with the Royal Mail, Mark Bartram was offered the chance to take voluntary redundancy.
Having spent the last few years working nights, and seeing less of his family than he would have liked, he realised it was time for a change of direction.
He said: “I wanted to work for myself. Managing staff can be challenging and exhausting, so I wanted a business that I could operate as an individual.”
